"Brilliant location-none better for darling harbour & chinatown. We stayed in a standard studio apartment for 1 night, paid $125 for a Saturday via Rates to Go, and were very impressed with the room-even had a washing machine & clothes dryer, microwave and basic cooking facilities. Very clean. No gym or pool tho-but these features are available for free at their sister property-Quest apartments World Square, a 5 min walk. Would stay here again in a flash-for value for money it cant be beat-and bonus-Qantas Frequent Flyer club members earn points at this hotel, so remember to flash your card, and enjoy your stay, as we did!" - Anonymous

"The floor needed to be cleaned, both in the bathroom & in the entry. Finding The Quest on Dixon was impossible & the language barrier with the concierge who was on duty was very difficult to say the very least. There was a clicking noise very 20 minutes which was not fixed - we complained but nothing was done about it. Getting into the car park was a feat alone too as the swipe card did not open the garage, & standing out in the cold did not help either. The TV reception only worked on 4 stations & when you turned down the volume the radio came on. The airconditioner failed on the last day. The pillows were far too high & we asked 4 different people if we could get slimmer pillows - in the end we did get some. So all in all, it was not a very good stay.
