| Getting there: |
Eden Crescent is the continuation of Shortland St (off Queen St). It can also be accessed from Parliament St or Short St, both of which are off Anzac Avenue. Easy access to/from southern and northwestern motorways - take Wellesley St off-ramp, turn left at lights, get into right hand lane, turn right into Princes St, drive past Albert Park, through traffic lights intersection, then turn right at end of the road which will be Eden Crescent. Quest on Eden is a red brick building about 200 metres down on the left hand side. |
| Check-in Procedure: |
Reception is open from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1.30pm Saturday/Sunday & Public Holidays. After these hours, check in is via telephone at the front door. Keys are released to the guest through access to a security box on identification. Credit card details must be provided on arrival to ensure the completion of check-in procedures. |

Undercover parking with internal access is available. Car parking is $11.50/day. As car parking is limited, it is very important to pre-book to avoid disappointment. |
| Child Policy: |
There is no extra charge for children or adults using existing bedding. A rollaway bed can be provided in 2 bedroom apartments at an additional cost of $34/bed/night and must be pre-booked. (Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel). Cots and high chairs can also be provided at the additional cost of $10 per item per night, however these items MUST be pre-booked in advance with the Hotel and payable directly to the Hotel. |
