Car parking:Limited street parking, pay & display Mon – Thu 8am -6pm, Fri 8am – 8pm. Free Saturday & Sunday with a 2 hour limit. Free on Public Holidays no limit. We offer a very limited number of covered parks (Wilsons Car Parking) at NZD30.00 plus GST. Carpark access key issued at check-in and must be returned at check-out. Bookings essential!
Child Policy:No Problem... remember however, maximum of two persons in a Studio or One Bedroom Apartment.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was very central to all attractions in the city. Furniture was probably on the cheap side but beds were comfortable. Had a good range of kitchen utensils if you wanted to eat in.

We have stayed at the Quest on Johnston a number of times. The staff are particularly helpful and friendly. I also like the free Internet - no messing around setting it up and having to pay extortionate rates.
No wifi net, but otherwise very good. Reasonably quiet, right next door to a nice restaurant (Juniper) and close to the Lambton Quay shopping district. The tv's are small and mounted very close to the ceiling - which is annoying - and their smoke detectors are a bit too sensitive (watch for burning toast!) - but they are well appointed apartments, and easy to stay in for periods of a few days to a few weeks.

Enjoyed our stay at Quest on Johnson and found hotel and staff very accommodating. Great location and all amenties were catered for. Only words of advice I would reccommend, would be to take toasters out of rooms to remove the chance of further smoke alrms and fire drills going off.
Pretty basic room, OK for a one night sleep if in transit. Would not stay more than 1 night.
Ideal situation for work or leisure in Wellington city. Very comfortable room.

A simple, clean, convenient, comfortable and cheerful place. Helpful staff and excellent location, which, unlike the Cuba St area, is not too noisy. Definitely recommended for low-key, decent quality accommodation. Sydney, Australia

Loud music from nearby nightclub all night wasn't good but otherwise location is ideal.
The hotel was very good many rooms can access the Cafenet Wellington wifi system (this is a for-profit wifi, it is not free)
