Enjoyed staying here - very good location to Adelaide City attractions, including Rundle Mall and Casino. Only criticism would be the parking arrangement is inconvenient and not a nice carpark. Mainly the service at Quest was good - everything very clean. Was a bit disappointed though that the internet computers were not working for the 5 days we were there, despite enquiries made about this. There didn't seem to be any attempt to fix them.
No service here. You are lucky if the front desk staff even notice you. At least the rooms are large and clean albeit a bit daggy looking. Basic but clean & comfy enough for the price
The one bedroom apartment is semi self-contained with kitchenette facilities, spacious lounge area with work desk, DVD player and a separate bedroom. This is perfect for the corporate or leisure traveller that would like that little extra space to relax.
The one bedroom spa apartment is semi self-contained with kitchen facilities, spacious lounge area, DVD player and a separate bedroom. The one bedroom spa apartment features a magnificent two-person spa.
The spacious two bedroom apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom and a spacious living room giving space for the kids should you be relocating or just more space to relax after your hard day at work.
Our studio apartments are an ideal alternative to a traditional hotel room. Guests can stay in an apartment that features a kitchenette open plan living with a Queen size bed.
This was a great place to stay, it had all the facilities you could need at a very reasonalbe price
A very good hotel in the heart of the city.
A very plain and old fashioned hotel in the heart of the city. Awesome location, but very basic and a little dated.
Curtains were dirty. Windows were filthy. Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned.
Lack of on-site car parking is the only real drawback here.
I preface this by saying that the staff here were fantastic. The hotel had a sewer smell that was coming through the airconditioning during the heatwave! The staff changed the room for me which was great but I was moved to a smoking floor - I had a 5 month old baby! The place however was pleasant enough but you get what you pay for!
There was nothing wrong with the room's cleanliness and facilities except that the spare blanket had holes (ciggarette burns?!) in it. Staff were very helpful. Location was brilliant - seconds walk away from Rundle mall and a few minutes from chinatown We stayed in the studio apartment but would not have paid the $210 walk in rate the hotel was charging. Would consider Quest apartments again in the future when booking hotels as we found having a kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove, kitchen sink!) and a separate living area so much more comfortable than ordinary hotel rooms
Well located in the City centre. Rooms are large and comfortable and very reasonably priced. It would be nice if there was a larger flat screen tv rather than an old crt model. Would definitely stay here again.
i love that place.im moving to adelaide and thinking to stay there for longterm. but the price is a big concern.. Really good apartment.
Great hotel to stay in if you are travelling from interstate/overseas due to it's location right in the city. We travelled with a car and it was quite a walk to and from the car park. Access in and out of Hotel's parking bay very difficult especially as you have to check in prior to receiving car parking voucher. Little noisy at night and the bed was very hard but still enjoyed our visit.
Great location to downtown ADL.
The location is very handy to most things in Adelaide's CBD. The room we had was very spacious (separate large bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchenette) and well spec'd, with a fridge, stereo, TV with DVD player, and microwave. We'd love to stay here again! :) The staff were helpful and went beyond what was expected, especially Jenna.
Had a studio apt - perfect size and facilities for myself - a business traveller. Only gripe was the modem provided in my room didn't work, so I couldn't use the internet at all - not so great when you're on a business trip. Other than that, clean, renovated appt, and would stay again. Close to lots of take away places also.
We enjoyed our stay at the Quest, everything was as we expected. The only problem was the restricted luggage drop off area, it was very difficult to get into and out of.
Thoroughly recommend staying at the Quest on King William. I had to stay closer to town on my last night and it was so noisy I didn't get much sleep. The Quest was MUCH quieter and convenient.
I usualy stay in this hotel in Adelaide. Good location, take 1 minute to reach shopping street Rundle Mall where I can find everything there also some meal. Room is clean and neat with small pantry where is possible to make easy cooking.
Although the location is right in the Adelaide CBD this accommodation is extremely ordinary and the entrance is a bit on the grotty side. Compared to other accommodation of a similar price in that area, it is non-comparable. We decided we would not stay there again.
My husband and I only stayed in Adelaide for one night and what a perfect place to stay. The location was in the middle of the city easy to get to anywhere. The studio appartment was plenty big enough for two, well set out and very clean. The staff at the reception were very helpful and cheerful. I would reccommend the Quest to anyone staying in Adeliade we certainly will be staying there again if we return to Adelaide again.
