Getting there:Take a "Kiwi Cab" Taxi from the Airport approx. NZD30.00. 30 minute walk south from Interisland Ferry terminal (Take the FREE interisland Bus back to the railway station and then its only a 5 minute walk) or 10 minute walk from Bluebridge Ferry Terminal to Lambton Quay. Driving south, take third turn off motorway (The Terrace exit), turn left at the first set of lights, go down the Terrace and look out for 43 The Terrace on the right (Between Flight Centre and Wishbone)
Check-in Procedure:Reception Office hours Mon to Fri 7am - 9pm Sat 8am - 5pm Sun 8am - 5pm All same day reservations must be made at least 30 minutes prior to the closing times as above. For after hours arrivals please call the property before the closing times as above to receive an access pin number to gain entry and key collection details. Credit card details will be required to secure the access. The phone number will be displayed on your Hotel Voucher.
Car parking:Street parking at an hourly rate of $4.00 (free on Sundays). We offer a very limited number of Secure, off street,covered parks ( Norths Car Parking on the Terrace ) at NZD22.00 GST Inclusive. Carpark access key issued at check-in and must be returned at check-out. A bond of $50.00 is taken and refunded on there returned. Bookings essential!!

Excellent experience and we checked in late and no problem, the service was exceptional, we stored our luggage for the day and Wellington being Wellington, it was raining and they set us up with an umbrella and we didn't even ask for one. Go there if you need a nice secure place to stay in Wellywood!
Overall a fantastic little place. However the noise could put you off from the road. The building is single glazed and drafty. It could have provided a better heating option too. Wee were still impressed witht the quality of finish and the extra facilities like a dishwasher, stove and toaster, there was even a fridge freezer. If you're looking for space then this is the place. It had a dining table and leather couch for viewing the movies on sky tv. impressive

Great value for money. My only criticism is difficulty in finding the entry point as the advertised location is part of a mini shopping plaza which is isnt clearly signposted and was being renovated.
No frills accommodation with good facilities. We booked this hotel rather than some other because of the xxxxxx deal and would stay there again. Parking was convenient.

arrived at quest on lambton earlier than hotel wanted but was not a problem.reception went out of there way to process our accomodation. found facilities inroom 1st class to our requirments.2nd night (2 nights later)found unit to be very excellent and very trusting(self entry by code) out standing,very tidy,clean and avery good place in the CBD. regards stan,

Great location in the middle of the city. Quiet at night. Able to walk from the train station. Very clean and enjoyed staying there.

Would be better with double glazing to the windows as noise from outside carries in but other than that a pleasant stay and would stay again.
only thing missing was a plug for the sink - but there was a dish washer so what can we say - enjoyed stay and the staff where very friendly and helpful
Very centrally located apartment, with good amenities. Parking wasn`t included, but we found the central location made a car not necessary for our purposes. The room we had was a little noisy, as it faced "The Terace (a main street) and only had single glazing. Otherwise excellent value for money.
Very central location. Good to have plenty of living space and a full kitchen. Great water pressure in the shower!! Would stay again
