Enjoyed stay, located in good position.
The layout of rooms was unusual. There was not enough room in the bedroom to accomodate a case as the cupboard was too narrow and there was insufficient space between the end of the bed and the wall to house a case on the floor. The case therfore featured in the lounge area. Cleaning was only average and the room was next to a communications room and therefore enjoyed a sound reminiscent of a typewriter clattering away 24 hours a day. A rather disappointing experience.

Thought the bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better. But the rest of the apartment was excellent.
The only complaint was the toilet in room 406 kept running and the seat need adjusting. Also the tiles in the shower needed regrouting. Otherwise a great location and I would stay there again and would certainly recommend this hotel.

Excellent serviced apartments, newly refurbished in neutral tones. Very clean accommodation. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Our apartment was comfortable and quiet. The night duty manager promptly responded to a call and dealt with a late night party. Close to the theatres, Chinatown and the Greek section of Melbourne. Would stay again. Linen not changed daily.
Very pleased with choice. Room was very clean and staff were helpful and polite. Situated just afr enough away from the main part of town but within 2 blocks of all you needed (although Chinatown was very close by). We would happily stay there again.
A good location, right in the centre of CBD. Staff were great; extremely helpful and courteous. There were some difficulties with telecommunications and internet connections. Staff informed us that some difficulties were still being experienced since the change over in ownership. Otherwise a great hotel - middle of the road.
Be aware if you park in the capark and need to leave early it doe not open until 8am saturday and 9am sunday, there is no provision to get out from the hotel
