This Brand New 4 star property comprises of 36 fully self contained Executive Apartments, each with their own air conditioning units and private balcony. The Quest standard suite of services include Restaurant Chargeback, Pantry Shopping, Breakfast Packs, Qantas Frequent Flyer and Guest Dry cleaning. Our on site Reception will operate 7 days per week and daily apartment servicing is available.

Getting there:Ideally located between Custom Street & Fort Street. Quest on Queen is located 50 meters from Britomart Station should you be arriving via Train.
Check-in Procedure:If Checking into the hotel outside of Reception Hours, please make contact with the Hotel Duty Manager via the Intercom located at the Front Door. This will open the Front Door & Lock Box to retrieve your keys.
Car parking:There are several parking buildings in close proximity to the property. Prices vary from $15-$25 per day.
Child Policy:There is no charge for children under the age of 5 using existing bedding. Should an extra bed be required there is an additional charge of $30 or $10 for a cot.
Nice compact rooms with every facilty including washing machine. Very central to downtown AKL and especially the waterfront.Drop off and pickup parking at the street entrannce.
The room as a whole was good. We had a one bedroom apartment with a very spacious balcony. I no which room I will be requesting on my next stay in auckland. Close to everyting in the city.

The room had a separate lounge and kitchen, was small but well designed. Everything was clean and fresh, staff were friendly. Good value for money, as it was right in central city. It was a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper like me. Would definitely stay there again on short trips - with my ear plugs!
What a great location and a great view. Unit was small yet had plenty of room - good design. It was decorated nicely and didn't have that 'clinical' feel that some places have. Thouroughly recommend it.

Very Modern with contempory feel, great view of Queen St (15th floor) Only down side was the noise from road works on the sat morning. Good value & close to all major attractions
Perhaps provide better security at the front door as we were accosted by people wanting access to the hotel who weren't authorised.
Excellent location center of it all. Did notice that the room needed a bit more cleaning. I would consider myself not fussy but I have stayed in lots of accomodation throughout NZ and it was the first thing my husband and I noticed.
A great modern apartment style hotel, everything was new and facilities excellent.
Excellent housekeeping standards and well appointed unit made this a very comfortable stay. The Sky TV and free broadband access give this facility the edge. Well done.
We arrived after reception was closed. After using the intercom, we got in the front door only because someone was coming out. The locked key box didn't open. It took over 7 intercom calls and 2 phone calls from another guest, and over 1/2 an hour for someone to come and get our key. Also, I thought the room I booked had a cd player. There was no cd player.
Quest on Queen Auckland is a beautiful hotel, very clean and very central position. The staff were absolutely terrific and so friendly. Beautiful rooms and furnishings. Would definately stay there again.
