"My stay in the Hotel was very good; the only adverse thing that I would like to mention is that there is only one lift, which operates slowly. When in use by staff with bins/bedding etc. to avoid being delayed we were directed to the fire stairs (door labelled "alarmed do not use") from the Second Floor. The stairs were coated with rough, bare & uneven concrete which my partner found difficult walking down in heels – she nearly slipped twice and the stairwell needed painting (scratched paint, marks on walls etc.) making the access unpleasant." - Phillip Kossatz

Quest Booking Policy: All bookings made require a deposit of one night. This is refundable if the accommodation is cancelled within the 48 hours cancellation period. Guests are required to pay the total accommodation cost on arrival.
