Quest On Ward Hamilton

Very clean apartment with everything that you could need. A fabulous location right in the centre of town. We were highly impressed :)

Quest On Ward Hamilton was more than we expected, great to have cooking facilities if needed, washer and drier and more space for the price. Wonderful we will use Quest where ever we travel if it's available.

Excellent accommodation. Central, clean, tidy and with all the necessary conveniences.

The only gripe I would have was that the shower head disconnected from the hose as soon as the shower was turned on, therefore the 3 of us were unable to have a shower while staying there. When I told the receptionist on check out she said 'sorry about that' and that was it! I at least expected some questioning about it, so they could go and fix it immediatel.

Very central. Excellent and friendly assistance from front desk. We like having the space compared to a Hotel. Ensure you phone ahead if you want carparking. Will use again.

Right in the centre of the city ideal for shops etc.

With no dedicated parking outside, checking in and out was difficult

Good stay would recomend for anyone who wants no frills quality accomodation. Only problems were some glasses needed rewashing before use, no big issue but should have been a little more thourough in there cleaning. OA 4/5

Quest on Ward Hamilton was great and perfect for size, was nice and spacious. They allowed us to check in at the times needed and check out a bit earlier. Thanks so much! If you stay any where in hamilton this is the place!

Parking was an issue with all dedicated hotel parking to the rear of the hotel building which had no rear entrance. This meant bags had to be carried from the car park, up the main street to the front entrance. Also the car parking attendent was rather too vigilant and wheel clamped our car in a hotel car park whilst we were checking in!! Otherwise all very good.

Excellent hotel - newly opened in December 2007. Small teething problems though, the lift wouldn't work - and as we were on the top floor this caused a problem due to the number of stairs. Car parking - is behind the hotel and difficult to find unless a member of staff directs you. Reception is not manned in the evening. However despite these teething problems - the hotel was spotless, well furnished and we would certainly stay there again. Excellent location in the centre of Hamilton.
