Quest On Willis Serviced Apartment Wellington

Friendly reception. All you wanted in the room or on tap. Excellent value for money.

I found the quest on Willis very good however i was surprised to find that there wasn't a washing machine or dryer in the apartment it was good but there could have been some more done on the window sills apart from that the light switch was behind the door and after talking to receptionist she said it depends on the room layout where the light switch is

The entire 6th floor level had an overpowering smell of commercial deodorant. The bed was double only and very basic level comfort. Terrific location for Wellington nightlife. Overall, it was very basic accommodation that would not have been pleasant to spend time in relaxing.

Room was well heated for my arrival which was very pleasant on a cold night. Quiet room, centrally located.

Very friendly, helpful staff but hotel, while clean, was somewhat old and tired, including the furniture. Windows had no latch so were not able to be locked in an open position, no air-con and the available fan was broken. Large, structural pillar in middle of room!

Basic room but pleasant enough, clean and good value for money

Room very basic. No service on Sunday. Decor was rather drab. Unpleasant smell in hallways.

Very friendly staff. bAsic but clean accomodation. The use of Les Mills gym is an excellent benefit

Older hotel, quite ok but lack of air con or ventilation in hot weather was a problem

We had a problem in first bedroom with a BAD musty smell,they shifted us to next door room that was a little better,maybe just like me, it needs some TLC

Good location and clean. Room a bit hot at night and traffic noise a bit annoying but otherwise a good place.

Nice big rooms and enjoyed the view from the sixth floor. Staff are very helpful.

Excellent service in storing my goods for a day before arrival and providing extra towels at request. The security system is excellent and staff are friendly. I intend to stay there whenever I am in Wellington (which is a few times a month) and hope to use my complimentary gym pass next time.

Nice and clean. Good hotel - would go again

The receptionists were very obliging letting us leave our luggage there before check in and after we checked out. The security was excellent, as we were travelling on our own, we felt it was a safe hotel to be in.

I would recommend the Quest in Willis St for location in walking distance of most clubs, restaurants etc. Also the staff were very helpful.

Found the service excellent

Impressed by the security system. Really appreciated the original art and tasteful decor of the room! Very handy to the central city and for that reason it was a bit noisy (didn't help that there was a Univarsity Hostel right next door!). Friendly and efficient service.
