Great location in a quiet street but only minutes from the bars and cafes.
We arrived fairly late (8pm)but the receptionist although finshed for the day was extremely helpful as we had a lot of gear to get in as my husband is on dialysis. checking out was the same, staff all very helpful, Would stay again

Very helpful and courteous staff. We would stay there again. The one-bedroom unit was ideal for a couple.
Impersonal Alcatraz - key cards to the point of ridiculous.Narrow claustrophobic painted white to disguise meagre room size.Price not so meagre. inefficient checkout- slow poor service.
Great spot at the city end of Parnell Road and with a 'link' bus stop 2 mins from the hotel - and only about a 5-10 min bus ride to the central train station downtown. Very comfy room, large bathroom (no bath) with small kitchenette and windows that opened to let in fresh air. Very comfy bed. Quiet location. Had brekkie at 'strawberry...' something around the corner on Parnell Road and that was great (bit more chilled out than the place on the corner but that apparently does Auckland's best brekkie). Would stay here again in a a flash. Didn't get to use the floating lap pool but it looked great.
First time stay. Reason for stay - Auckland Tennis (Stanley Street) and we have previously stayed at Ellerslie Hotel - but had additional family member with us this time - so - needed 2 bed apartment. Called in "off the street" a week before to advise probable late arrival - could not have had a better response. Excellent arrangements for us to collect key if late - as it happened no need for such requirement but helpfulness and friendliness really appreciated. Definitely good decision to take option of guaranteed parking - alternative was to park on outside streets if we could get a space - not that good an option and the cost of a guaranteed park was minimal. Staff at original contact when we arranged possible late arrival and on check out were great ambassadors for the establishment, Having been in the hospitality industry I rate the staff as being VG 2 Ex We will stay there again next year on our annual tennis visit
We found the hotel very good and will use again.
Wonderful value for money - certainly has a 'contemporary edge' over most other hotels.
Excellent hotel. The suites are better than the single rooms and worth the extra cost. Great pool and gym, very good value for money
will stay again
Excellent location and just a short walk to Vector arena. Staff really helpful. Fully recommend this place
The receptionist could barely speak English, had trouble explaining herself and giving directions, and was quite abrupt and rude... so that put me off; however the room was lovely and big, quite nice but fairly plain.
Great service - was especially impressed with the staff. The rooms and facilities were fine too.
Ssssh, this place should be a closely guarded secret! Delightful.
The facilities in the apartment were excellent.
Very happy liked the lap pool, was close to everything we needed.
This is one of the better kept secrets of Auckland. Tucked away in a quiet back street but an easy blocks walk to the shops and restaurants. Great staff, the manager was particularly charming and could not have been more helpful. His approach reflected in the staff who were equally pleasant. I can now understand all the fuss about Parnell. It was a fun two nights with a wonderful day at the Museum in between.
Excellent location, so close to so many wonderful restaurants and also so close to the Motorway and the CBD. Very quiet at night and plenty of space. Would have no hesitation staying again.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, however I could not understand why there weren't dresser drawers in the bedrooms nor a stand for luggage. Living out of a suitcase is not my idea of a vacation - we experienced this at the Quest Wellington Hotel as well. We were a little dissapointed in the daily maid service-beds not maid properly, had to ask for towels everyday and there was no kleenex to be found anywhere.
The rooms had a very minimalist style which to me can look cheap, but when all you need is a clean place to sleep this place was great. This hotel is about the location, parnell is the place to be for cafes, bars and restaurants. Cool pool
