Check-in Procedure:Check-in is 2pm however should you arrive prior to this, you are most welcome to leave your luggage with us while you begin enjoying all that Melbourne has to offer. Check-out time is 10am, and again please feel free to leave your luggage with us until it is time for your flight home.
Car parking:Car Parking is available at Quest Richmond at an additional $18 per vehicle per 24 hour period. To avoid disappointment it is recommended that you book in advance. Alternative car parking is available at the Epworth Hospital located next to the hotel.
Child Policy:Children in existing bedding Free of Charge. Rollaway beds $30 per night. Baby cots $5.00 per night.
I was very impressed with the cleamliness and spaciousness of the apartment. It is in an excellent location, walking distance to the Epworth hospital taking the stress out trying to find a parking space when visiting the hospital. And of course the coffee and the shopping! what more can I say. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who needs to stay near or in Richmond, especially with loved ones in hospital at the Epworth.
We needed to be in Richmond it was central to everything we wanted. Mattress was hard but could not find fault with anything else. Very pleasant stay.

second time we have stayed at Richmond the best accom. for MCG and shopping in Bridge Road, eating out in local cafes also trams into city. Rooms are great highly recommended

I was rapt with Quest Richmond, it was everything I was looking for for my 22nd party night, good sized room for the price, good distance from the city, great balcony. Loved the modern styling too, black glass tables, frosted glass doors. There would probably be only one thing that I would change if I ran the Apartments, I would put in slightly bigger TV's. Other than that, I'd give my 5-stars.
Overall the place was good, excellent location, although there were a few stains and scuffs on the lounges. Rooms were varying my friends apartment next door was huge in comparison with a separate bedroom & lounge/kitchen area. Their room was set back from the street with a door therefore noise wasnt as big an issue.Location was ideal, not even a min walk to the city end of Bridge Road & a 711 only a couple mins away also. Room was well equipped. One thing I didnt like was that reception only runs till 11pm and being apartments with balconies noise was definitely a problem. I tried ringing reception at 2am when I'd finally had enough of the noise only to get a voice recording. Found this to be quite frustrating as the noise continued til after 3am, feel as though there needs to be a better solution to combat this. Noise from the streets wasn't particularly a problem even though the apartments are only 2 floors high.I would stay here again in all a good spot for a reasonable rate!
Nice Hotel/Apt near cafes, shopping and public transport to the city. Parking is a problem so make sure you book a car park.
Fantastic location, great apartment, great service! I'd definitely stay here again.
