Very bad reception on the TV, could not get all the sky channels. Room was quite stuffy on arrival - no windows were open.
Will certainly go there again because of the close proximity to cbd and most activities in and around town

Interconnecting Hotel studios means double the facilities!!! Enjoy the luxury of having two bathrooms and two TVs as well as microwave, fridge, toaster, tea/coffee making facilities. Rates are for 4 people. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total.
Nice friendly service but facilities very basic. Public spa was not very clean. Outdoor pool is not heated. Gym is very basic. Room was good & bed comfortable.
Nice place to stay. Great facilities. Only negative was the noise from the lift and the noise from the cleaners in the adjacant room wakeing us when we had a late checkout organised.
Only one of the spa pools working, leak in sink in bathroom which left quite a big puddle on bathroom floor, missing instructions on how to work the washing machine/dryer in room. Nice comfy bed and warm welcoming room.
Staff were very accomodating and location while away from CBD was quiet
The room was modern and very clean with flat screen TV and a DVD player. The only problems we encountered were: spa pool wasn't clean and had grit in it; the pool was unheated; noise (footsteps and shower running) from the room above.
Requested an extra pot to cook dinner and were told that only 1 was allocated per room - the hotel didn't seem too full, so I would have thought lending us one would have been fairly achievable - apparently not! Also requested some anti-bacterial spray as a family member had been ill - were told they didn't have that either. Other than these two things, the hotel staff were friendly and the pool right outside our back door was great! Overall was happy.
Beware, there is no air conditioning at this hotel. They do provide a fan but the room got very hot. Kitchenette and LCD TV's in lounge and bedroom are great. Nice pool area but a bit of a drive from the centre of town.
My husband and I found the accommodation excellent. It was the first time ever in all the places we have stayed that I could say the bed was great to sleep in. We will be returning again.Many Thanks
