Quest Royal Gardens Serviced Apartment Melbourne

Needing to be at the top end of town, this was so convenient & the parking is great. Staff were so helpful & the facilities are first class. Great value for money

A very pleasant stay.My only complaint was we did not spend enough time in the apartment to enjoy all it had to offer.This was our 2nd visit to the Quest Royal Gardens & I would have no hesitation in recommending it to any of my friends or aquaintances.Best location for either the Melbourne CBD or Brunswick Street.

Staff were very helpful. Good location close to city. Good for families - they even supplied a baby gate for the stairs.

Not knowing Melbourne at all, I was pleasently surprised as to the close proximity to the city, transport, sporting arenas etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms tidy and quiet and nice grounds.

A wonderful setting, handy to the city of Melbourne, Brunswick St etc. Posibly getting little tired now, but very comfortable and good value for money.

Lovely location and very quiet. Facilities generally very good. Staff very helpful. Had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Bathrooms could do with refurbishing and closer attention to cleaning. Would like to compare the refurbished apartments to the one we had as the location, quietness and general facilities are very good. Within walking distance to excellent public transport, great cafes and restaurants.

Friendly staff

Much larger than expected. Even managed to use the brand new washing machine and tumble dryer. The place is a decent largeish 1br flat - much like living away from home, living room, dining room, laundry, bathroom, bedroom. Nothing missing at all. Plain and not the most stylish of places, but all new - I guess recently refurbished. Better then other apartments I've stayed in before. Hard to fault. Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, facilities are very good,clean and comfortable.

Everything was really good with the serviced apartment except the carpeted stairs up to our apartment, they were really dirty and stained and I said to my partner as we hauled our bags up the stairs, this doesn't look good I just hope the apartment is better.....fortunately it was.

Very quiet, and spacious. Great for couples to stay in. We found it easy to get a tram into the city, or to walk through to restaurants and shops nearby. Management were very helpful, and we would definitely stay there again.

I was extremely happy with the layout of the motel. The rooms couldn't have been any nicer and was very comfortable. The service was very professional and any problems were addressed straight away and very polite service. I will have no hesitations in booking in the future.

A great place to stay.

I now stay regularly here. It is in walking distance to the City. While there are not a lot of facilities around the Apartments, you can walk across the gardens to Lygon St, and the Fitzroy restaurants are only 2 blocks away. The apartments are set around a beautiful garden with generous balconies. The apartments are very roomy, and you feel like you feel very secluded. Great as a base for an extended stay!

Had a problem with washing machine which was promptly and courteously dealt with.

This was a good value hotel - in an easy to get to location - free parking - close to transport and Brunswick Street. Enjoyed our stay.
