Very clean and quiet

Modern and well equiped One Bedroom. Complete with full kitchens. Seperate bedroom to loung/dining. All rooms complete with broadband and foxtel and some with balconies.
Not a bad place to stay as it is surroundered by beautiful bushalnd and has a great gym and outdoor pool. However the rooms are not the best. Our studio apartment had a problem with the king bed. One side of the mattress was sagging into the middle making sleeping impossible. The bathroom cupboards had a very strong mould smell, probably as a result of a leakage as the bathroom sink was not clearing the water properly. When we contacted the concierge some time after midnight demanding something be done we were upgraded to a one bedroom. However we were now facing a very busy noisy street, the bedroom alarm/clock was not working, the coffee percolator was cracked and the bed was no longer a king bed and quite small for us. We were too fed up to complain again and looked forward to our checking out.
overall no problems, good location and clean overall. Just a few of the finer points could have had more attention to detail e.g. cleanliness of bathroom sink, not a major issue and we enjoyed our stay.
Highly recommended !!!!
Excellent location becuse we were dining at the Atlantis Seafood restaurant for a special function.
Location rating is difficult because it depends on where you need to be doesn't it. My only suggestion is to brighten up the Breakfast restaurant. I went in and it was so gloomy that I drove down to Dee Why (I needed to be down there later anyway) and had breakfast on the beachfront...much better. Otherwise an excellent place to stay!
Quest North Ryde was accessible to the City CBD by quick public transport, yet far enough out to seem away from the city frenzy. Was impressed with the eco-sensitive approach by management. Very impressed with the management of a minor emergency during my stay.
The hotel was very humid within the corridors and the room was humid when we first arrived, but overall this wsa very close to our appointment.
Clean spacious room, pool and spa was good (we had our little grandson with us and he loved it.
Bus stop out side the hotel to and from Chatswood but no trains direct to the area as yet! Staff very accomodating and eager to please. Hotel location Beautiful and great facilities. Thanks
Would certainly stay at this hotel again
The staff was not very friendly or helpful during the period of stay, I am very disappointed with the service overall.
Unfortunately I had some tarnished experiences here - wake up call was not made on the first morning as per request, the paper was not delivered as per request and the internet was not working on the last day of stay!!! The rest of stay was fine.....
Internet connection can be tricky (and is inordinately expensive). Bathroom exhaust is poor, making mirror unusable after shower (even if wiped). No room cleaning Sunday (though it can be arranged for). Staff obliging.
Great Hotel, perfect for the business traveller
Location is distant from anything other than CSIRO and one Italian restaurant, so you would need a car to anything else. Good rooms. Good views over adjacent national park. Internet offered at a charge, but didn't work although advertised, "problem with our server" and obviously not uncommon - this was the only bad thing really
Good place to stay
Although the hotel is a little off the beaten track (however there is a bus at the door to Chatswood), would definately stay again. No problem with a late checkout, the room was larger than the norm with bushland views, the facilities, including pool and spa were great, and we enjoyed our stay.
Comfortable one-bedroom apartment. Great heated outdoor 20m pool. Good pasta shop next door.
