Getting there:From Tullamarine Freeway, drive towards Melbourne City along Citylink, over Bolte Bridge take Power Street exit, turn right onto City Road, then right onto Southbank Boulevard (BMW will be on your left). Travel along Southbank Boulevard about 200 meters and turn left at 2nd set of traffic lights into Kavanagh Street. Approx. 20 minutes.
Check-in Procedure:Reception is 24-hours - please provide your ETA when making online booking. We will require a $300.00 credit card pre-authorisation on check in.
Car parking:Limited secure car parking is available onsite for $20.00 per car per night for unlimited entry and exit (1 car per apartment). Car parking MUST be requested at time of booking in the comments field or please call property direct. **On site car parking is limited and requests cannot be guaranteed**

Great staff, great location. Just the overpowering strawberry scent in the room took the edge off a bit.

Apart from some silly design features of the apartment, I could not fault this place. Check in was handled in a very friendly and helpful way, the facilities are excellent, car parking is reasonably priced and secure, and the hotel is within walking distance of the MCG as well as all the other cultural centres in Melbourne. I will be back.
Being located near Southbank gave us easy access to some excellent resturants and other southbank attractions. The apartment was very comfortable, parking access was simple and secure and the staff were very efficient.

FAntastic location to Melbourne Arts Centre and only a short walk to sporting facilities via city gardens. Will stay again in the future.
Good location, just a short stroll to Southbank and the CBD.
Disappointing. I was upgraded at no charge, but the room was not that clean, the curtains in the main bedroom had been damaged and did not draw properly and one of the towels was not clean. The room was generally tired and well worn and apart from the location on Southbank which is excellent, there are many other hotels in Melbourne's CBD which offer far better value for money.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Quest & will definitely be staying there again. We were so delighted with the comfort and cleanliness that we will look for Quest accommodation in future.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment, very spacious with laundry facilities and full kitchen. A cuple of blocks walk to Southbank Crown Casino which was abuzz due to Oaks Day when we stayed there.
