"Disappointing. I was upgraded at no charge, but the room was not that clean, the curtains in the main bedroom had been damaged and did not draw properly and one of the towels was not clean. The room was generally tired and well worn and apart from the location on Southbank which is excellent, there are many other hotels in Melbourne's CBD which offer far better value for money.
