A clean spacious room with friendly desk staff. Great price for the heart of Wellington

Friendly front of house lady. However we were told at arrival they were short staffed and we ended up waiting an hour and a half before we could go into the room.

Clean, tidy and quiet. Great bathroom. Good value.

Great location, good price. Rooms were clean if a little dated in decor. Kitchen had everything needed for meals etc.

As there was no Air con in our room we had to open the window for fresh air. This allowed the road noise (which was increased by the other tall buildings) to fill our room. No sleep all night.

Location of the hotel was good. Apartment had a good set-up & the continental breakfast delivered to your room each day was a great idea. Be careful if you arrive at the hotel outside of reception hours. We notified the hotel in advance that we would be arriving in the early hours of the morning, but when we arrived the lady on the end of the phone couldn't find our reservation. We were lucky that one of the other guests was using the internet in the reception area and let us in to the building.

Great place to stay. Spacious and central. A few pleasantries at front of house, such as explaining about the additional facilities on offer externally like gym access and asking how the stay was at the end would have been welcome, but information was readily supplied when asked.

Great location in the centre of the city. The housekeeping is not the best, but it's passable. Rates are very good, rooms are large.

Friendly staff, excellent location in CBD, good sized, clean room

This is the second time we have stayed at the Quest - both times we have enjoyed it !! Both times we have also taken friends with us who also enjoyed staying there. Very central and would highly recomend! Love staying somewhere with space!

Wonderful central location in walking distance to Cuba St restaurants, Te Papa & Michael Fowler Centre. We enjoyed the spacious corner apartment and would request the same one again however, the Style of doors in the apartment was unusual. We found them noisy to open & close.

While this hotel was cleanish and in a great location the customer service offered by staff was average. If you choose to stay here be aware that the rooms on the first floor can be extremely noisy with very bright lights shining through the inadequate curtains at night.

Ralatively easy to find - central - handy cafes etc - bathroom a little small - pleasant receptionist - would stay again

We had a 2 brm - great for a family - great handy spot, would definitley recommend to stay here.

Not as upto date as we expected, but very central.

One person at reception meant the telephone was not answered nor could anyone assist with anything away from the desk. The internet is intolerably slow. One of two lifts out of service the entire stay (48 hours). Reception staff were genuinely nice.

The only thing was it was a bit noisy. Other than that it was really well equipt - I'd definately stay there again. Great price too.

Great central Wellington location - close to lots of places or handy to buses. Helpful receptionist. Small television with poor reception that requires attention. Being central city - a bit noisy at night. Good clean hotel. Basic make your own continental breakfast supplied - cereal, milk, orange juice, bread and a selection of spreads. Good supply of tea bags, coffee and drinking chocolate. Would be happy to stay there again! Very convenient.

Older building converted to apartments. Good sized room, large bathroom facilities with heated floor and excellent water pressure.

This apartment/hotel needs a bit of a spruce up, good location but has no parking. We would choose another hotel if staying in Wellington again but if others hottels were full we wouldn't mind staying here again. Overall not bad but not first choice.
