The desk staff were friendly and very helpful. My booking was made for the two room appartment and I was given a single. This was not a problem. The only faults with the room were the TV reception was lousy and the shower screen kept closing on me so I had to open it and the bathroom floor was soaked. The bonus was plenty of undercover secure parking for no extra cost.

In a great location with beautiful water views, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. In a village atmosphere but only 10 minutes to Melbourne city.
Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, assisting with suggestions of where to eat, recommended pubs and points of interest. Check in was completed quickly although we arrived earlier than expected (1pm), the room was ready and we were able to move straight in. The bar and restaurant co located with the hotel was excellent and the service above average. I would recommend the hotel to others. Note that all rooms are No Smoking although the bar has adequate smoking areas set aside.
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful during my stay.
