Quest Windsor Apartments Melbourne

Air conditioning was not working. We were provided a portable heater. Requested for a room transfer but was told that it was fully booked over the weekend of our stay. We were happy to be relocated after the weekend but it never happened. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and room was serviced. Recommended.

Great location. Tram 1 block to Chapel Street or 1 block to St. Kilda Road. Prahran train station only 1 block away. Quiet hotel. Secure parking. Highly recommend.

I always consider this hotel when booking online for the fact that i know its of a very high standard compared to other hotels in the area

We were very impressed with the time the man took to explain where to go for breakfast, his knowledge and the map provided was fantastic. The toiletries were also above the normal expected, this one is definately on our list to return to

Superb! Located in a good part of town, south of Melbourne CBD. We took the tram that runs right beside the hotel to get into the city for touring purposes (15 minute trip), so we wouldn't have to fight the parking issue. Parking at the hotel was free in a private, gated parking garage. The facility itself was fantastic in every way for our family of four adults! The two bedrooms and bathrooms were a godsend for relaxation.

A great starting location and truly helpful staff who really made my stay special. With all the included facilities I would stay in a Quest apartment over a regular hotel everytime from now on. The broadband wireless internet was a genuine bonus!

We enjoyed our stay and were extremely impressed with the accommodation. It was central to everything and very close to the venue that we had to attend, therefore we didn't hae to use our car. I will definitely stay again, and several of my colleagues were also interested enough to take home brochures for future reference.

Great location... quiet, but close to Chapel Street for cafes etc. and the tram's just around the corner. The car parking is very convenient. The apartment had everything you could need, and really was our 'home' for the week! Thanks!

This was my first stay at the Quest Windsor, Ther room was great and the location and parking made it easy for me to come and go as I needed to. A great place to stay, a convenient place to stay if your looking for a good clean room with space to move about.

Lovely, clean suite. Staff very helpful. Nice touches like if you order take-away, the front desk pays for it and then adds the amount to your bill (with no surcharge). Made life much easier!

Very good all round. Friendly and helpfull staff. Could have a modem in a better place to make easier use of laptop.
