Quo Puerta Del Sol Hotel Madrid

"This was not a four star hotel at all. The rooms were tiny, even though I paid for a single in a double room. Many things did not work and were broken and there is no maintenance on weekends. I was finally upgraded to a superior room after the cold water did not function in my shower for two days. That room was a bit larger and had a nice terrace with a view, but the window shades were broken and the jacuzzi did not work." - Anonymous

"We thought that the hotel is very located, that is, it is within walking distance to most of the places of interest in Madrid. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite good, that is, a good varity to cater to all tastes. However, I found the cleaniness and facility in the bathroom a bit disappointing. There was still a half emptied shampoo bottle left over by the previous guest and one of the faucet was defect. I have reported it at the reception and I hope it will be fixed before the next guest moves into the room. " - Daniel Chee

"i had a briiliant time in madrid and the hotel and its staff were ecxceelent. very friendly. the only complaint i would have is about the frosted door. i was with a friend but still found i had no privacy in the bathroom especially that it had a gap as well. " - michelle kissane

"Great hotel, excellant location. Rooms a bit small but well equipped and modern. Only disadvantage was not having a bar or restaurant on site. However breakfast room very good and room service drinks available." - Anonymous
