Radisson Blu Hotel, Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport

LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC, SERVICE TO AND FROM AIRPORT/RAILWAY SO CONVENIANT, HOTEL FACILITY VERY PRETTY AND CLEAN. ...WHEN WE CHECKED IN SUNDAY NOV 20, I ASKED IF I COULD PAY CASH FOR ROOM, THE GIRL AT THE DESK SAID NO PROBLEM, BUT WHEN I CHECKED OUT AT 7AM WEDS 11/23/11 THE MAN AT FRONT DESK SAID NO, BECAUSE I RESERVED VIA INTERNET, MY CARD WAS CHARGED.., SUNDAY, WE ORDERED ONE HOUR OF INTERNET VIA THE TV, HOWEVER AFTER WE PURCHASED WE COULD NOT ACCESS THAT FEATURE, WE CALLED FRONT DESK, A MAN CAME UP TWICE BUT WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS INTERNET EITHER. HE SAID IT WAS NOT WORKING AND WE WOULD NOT BE CHARGED,.TUES 11/21/11 WE ASKED AGAIN, TV WAS LOOKED AT AGAIN, AND WE WERE TOLD THAT FEATURE WAS NOT WORKING THRU OUT HOTEL. WE,INQUIRED AGAIN TUES 11/22 11..WE WERE TOLD IT WAS STILL NOT WORKING.... WHEN I CHECKED OUT WEDS 11/23/11 AT 7AM, THE MAN AT DESK INSISTED I PURCHASED INTERNET OR MUSIC AND MADE ME PAY 4 EURO..I TOLD HIM WE DID PURCHASE INTERNET BUT IT WAS NOT WORKING HE STILL INSISITED I PAY..WHICH I DID, BECAUSE I DID HAVE A PLANE TO CATCH..THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOCUMENTATION ON OUR ROOM #303. STATING I WISHED TO PAY IN CASH AND A NOTATION ABOUT THE INTERNET FEE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELED. .....DOLORES HOLGUIN

Staff were courteous and helpful - for a Paris layover, the hotel is a worthwhile place - a little farther from the airport than other hotels, but in comparison to the cost of the nearer hotels it is good value - the shuttles run evry 15 minutes from 6 AM so we got to airport in plenty of time

As you would expect from a major Hotel Chain next to an airport. All the obvious facilities very well laid out and a free shuttle bus to the airport. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel, only affordable thro this website. Ver quiet location. No problem with shuttle service, tho pity it didn't go to Term 3 as most passengers wanted to go there. Food very good tho pricey.

Stayed there twice in May 2011 - 2 nights in early May then 1 night in late May. First stay excellent - 2nd stay things went to pieces. Wold probably stay there again - the free shuttle from the airport is really useful.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, and all the services were very professional. The hotel, beeing close to the airport, is very practical in moving to and from Paris center. I have no doubt which hotel I will choose in my next trip to Paris. I recommend the hotel to all Paris turists.

Luxurious hotel, close to the Charles de Gaule airport, that I recommend for relaxing several hours when you are on a connecting flight

Free pick up from the airport and free shuttle to the train is great and obviously handy to the airport. but to go into Paris on the train takes time and to buy the ticket is a nightmare. At the special price we had it was great value but had we paid the listed price I would have felt ripped off; Also there are no shops anywhere near so it is a good idea to bring some food as the hotel food is very expensive

value for money in April.

With their new ¨Blu¨ concept, Radisson is ahead from other hotels in the same price range. Facilities are pretty modern, new and sharp. I was placed in a king size bed room second floor and looked like an Excecutive floor. Breakfast was excellent and they have a free shuttle service to and from the CDG airport. (even it was not available the night we arrived, because the flight was delayed and they stop offering it after 11:00pm, do not know why?!)Nevertheless, I rate this hotel prettty high.

Great hotel if you have an early morning departure. Free shuttle bus is frequent and on time. Would definitely use this hotel again.

The hotel was lovely, beautiful rooms. Our only complaint is that it is a fair way from the airport with no facilities nearby. There isn't anywhere within walking distance to go for dinner.

We needed a hotel close to CDG to meet an early flight. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly, especially as we had taken advantage of a special price. Our only criticism would be that the restaurant was too expensive, perhaps because there is no competition nearby.

We arrived late at night and didn't want to have to go into town so booked a night at the Radisson for a remarkably good price!! We had an overnight at a 5-star hotel for less than the price of a Youth Hostel in Norway! The transportation to and from the airport was fantastic and you could also get dropped at the train station as well. The shower was awesome, with so many jets to massage the body's aches and pains. We made use of the free internet to skype family and update the website from the EEE PC we were traveling with.

Radisson was great about helping us out with information concerning getting to their location. We flew into Orly airport and then had to find a way to CDG side of town. After hearing scary amounts for the ride across town, the Radisson told us how to make the trip cheaper and easier. The shuttle service back and forth airport/hotel in order to catch the train into Paris really worked well. The shuttle in for our flight worked really well too. Our night shuttle drivers weren't quite as friendly and helpful as the daytime men but it was later at night. Thanks for your help for us in a foreign country.

This hotel is good if you are waiting for an early morning flight as there is a shuttle bus from/to CDG. However it is also quite isolated which limits one's restaurant choices.
