Radisson Blu Portman Hotel London

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Room was tidy and spacious, staff was nice and everything was within walking distance. Only I don't appreciate the fitted carpets, but hey - that's England ;)

Nice Hotel No Complaints At All,

The room was smaller than appears in photos, our double bed was pushed up against a wall so I had to climb out of bed at the foot of the bed (or climb over my husband). Dining room service, check in desk and concierge services were all slow. It was otherwise clean and reasonably comfortable, with a great location.

While on average the hotel was satisfactory, especially on matters of breakfast ( excellent ), the first day (1/1/2009) after our arrival the room was not properly serviced (not enough towels, no second pair of slippers, no bathing sets). Apart from that we enjoyed our stay very much.

the room was basic, meals not many to chose from, drinks at bar expensive not a lot to chose from in beers,the staff was very help full.

A very enjoyable stay in a friendly, comfortable hotel!

This was the smallest room I have had in any Radisson SAS hotel. There was no safe in the room, and the shower not working properly. Lack of maintenence?? But the bed was good, really Scandinavian standard. The location is very good, just few minutes walk to the famous Oxford Street. But the room price is too high, comparing what you get, but maybe like many people say: This is London................!!!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast. The room was nice as well, and I loved the bed. There wasn't enough space to open our suitcase on the floor though.

The rooms in the older section of the hotel are very small and poorly furnished. We would not stay at the Raddison again. Very dissapointing

this hotel is very comfortable from the point of facilites, service, location and pricing. i like to repeated a gain and from my position as a professor and industrial man i let my saudi people to go in

Whilst overall the facilities were excellent, the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work - Room 364 The bed was extremely comfortable, we would like to know the make of the matress.

Very clean and in great location.

Nice welcoming foyer with good seating and eating options. Convenient to Marble Arch tube. Unfortunately I had to be content with a smoking room despite my request at time of booking. This detracted from my enjoyment of an otherwise excellent hotel.

Excellent choice of buffet breakfast in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

We did feel like home. The service is excellent. We were there for the second time and will really come again.

We were very satisfied. The service was good but also very friendly. We had the feeling to be at home. The breakfast was the best we had ever had. The lounch was cosy. We'll come back the next time we visit London.
