"The hotel had changed it's name so this was confusing in the first place, we arrived at 4:30 and our rooms were not available & when it was over an hour later we had been given a double bed rather than a twin so had to wait a bit longer. "The hotel is in a fantastic position for oxford street and a very short walk from tottenham court road tube station. The room was small but comfortable with a decent size bed. The reception area and bar have been refurbished to a high standard but we found the room amenities a bit lacking for a quality hotel (no bubble bathm shower cap boxes were empty).
