Arrived NRT too late to catch the bus for Ashikaga, so we stayed here for the night. Got in late & left early. No problems.
We stayed there for two nights. My husband and I enjoyed the excellent breakfast. Breakfast is included in the rate and we were aware that normally the price per person is 2200 yen. The hotel provide frequent free shuttle bus to the mall and temple. Very thoughtful. We stayed in one other hotel before and we were required to pay for the shuttle bus. On the way to Singapore, we stayed there for two nights and we were provided with complimentary bottled water but when we returned from Singapore, there was no complimentary bottle water provided. On answering my enquiry, the guest service person indicated that it was because we were provided with an upgraded room - but the room was exactly the same. We did not bother arguing since it does not cost much to get the water ourselves. Anyways, I would certainly go back to this hotel each time when we make a home trip to Singapore.
its value for money
We found it a fantastic place to stay, the staff were more than helpfuland the facilities on offer were of the highest standard. We would definitely stay there again and recomend it ti friends. We also stayed at the Radisson in Stockholme which was fantastic as well
The staff at the Radisson Narita were so accomodating and wonderful. I fully recommend this hotel! My family and I were only in Japan for a few days and every querie we had were answered and everyone went out of their way to make sure that our stay was stress free.
The staff attended to our needs in a very efficient manner and were most helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
Very comfortable for getting over the worst of one's jet lag
plus points: - free courteousy bus from airport - coach service from hotel to Tokyo station - Reasonably priced and adequate selection of local and international cuisine minus points: - you have to pay to take a dip in the pool!
