"great international standard hotel. rooms were big and clean. the service of the people was great....english was very good. the only down fall is that if you were planning to take the subway to visit kyoto / kobe / nagoya, etc. the walk in the subway is quite long 10-15 mins to catch subways. lots of good food places around, they have a airport shuttle service which is great....would definitely recommend if you want to travel in style but not pay six star prices." - Anonymous
