"The location is quite far from the surfer paradise. They have no elevator and make us difficult to bring our luggage to our room. We arrived at the hotel at 1 am and the receptionist didn't offer any help to bring our luggage to the 3rd level..Can u imagine??? " - Yeter Dendang
