"The room was smaller than appears in photos, our double bed was pushed up against a wall so I had to climb out of bed at the foot of the bed (or climb over my husband). Dining room service, check in desk and concierge services were all slow. It was otherwise clean and reasonably comfortable, with a great location." - Deborah Congdon


"While on average the hotel was satisfactory, especially on matters of breakfast ( excellent ), the first day (1/1/2009) after our arrival the room was not properly serviced (not enough towels, no second pair of slippers, no bathing sets).
