Raffles Gateway Hotel Nadi

The room was just awesome, for that price at least! You have to pay extra for everything and for example internet is very expensive but overall it was a bargain, I think. Nice pool and water slide btw. :D

Located across the street from the Nadi airport, Raffles Gateway is a great place to relax after the long trans-Pacific flight. The staff is outstanding, the rooms are well equipped, and the food at the restaurant is good. My only complaint was that the wireless that is advertised is not complementary. Instead it costs up to $F35/day for internet access. So if you are planning to get any work done during your stay, be sure to factor in the cost of internet access.

The hotel provided welcome respite in between flights. Friendly service, comfortable beds and my son couldn't get enough of the water slide!

Raffles has been upgraded since we last stayed there some years ago and were very impressed with the changes that have been made. the hotel's proximity to the Airport makes it an ideal choice for a Stopover.

Directly across from airport-you can walk there easily. Large rooms, excellent pool area.

Very conveniently located, close to the airport. There is aircraft noise, but that’s to be expected and was not bothersome. Hotel shuttle is free in both directions, but you could walk it in under 5 minutes, with bags! Nice gardens surrounding the hotel, with a couple large pools. The bar and restaurant has friendly staff. Hotel room was nice, although the aircons positioned over the beds can become a bit troublesome (you’re either too hot or too cold). I would stay again.

Very good: meticulously clean, spacious and comfortable rooms; very friendly and helpful staff; pleasant, unpretentious surroundings. On the doorstep of the airport with immediate and complimentary bus transfers. Menu good but not exceptional.

The hotel is reasonably priced, clean and close to the airport. There is a free bus taking you from the airport to the hotel (about 400 yards). For the price paid, the rooms are comfortable and excellent value. I could hear the aircraft taking off at night but this did not concern me because I knew the hotel was close to the airport before I booked. The internet connection was good (but you have to pay extra for this). The staff were friendly and helpful

generally satisfactory except bedrooms have bugs. something should be done to eradicate this problem instead of providing guests with spray cans!

The hotel is in a lovely garden setting and within walking distance of Nadi International Airport. It is therefore ideal for an overnigth stop for business travellers and tourists. A hotel of this nature and room rate should provide free wireless internet access for guests. The pre-paid cards in use are extremely expensive and if you switch off your computer, you lose any remaining credit on your card (I lost 15 hours credit and the help-line was not available). Also, as there is a water shortage in Nadi, the water in the rooms was switched off quite frequently. This is quite understandable but guests should be told this on checking in so that they can plan accordingly.

This hotel is located across the road from the airport, so is very convenient for a first or last night in Fiji. Rooms were quiet spacious, lovely grounds and the pool is great, especially for kids.

Note rating for location is based on the fact that it is an airport hotel which is what I wanted. However for a vacation not ideal! Also it took ages to get agreement to leave luggage there while I went to the Islands. Plus the return visit from the Islands I had no hot water despite mentioning to reception. The airport shuttle did not pick up on arrival - I had to phone the hotel.
