We have stayed here twice & highly recommend this hotel. It's at the top end price-wise & is rated 5-star, but like most hotels in this category,you get what you pay for. We cannot fault it & will visit again.

A wonderfully restored hotel meeting the high standards of the Raffles group. The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. The welcome cold towels on arrival each time we returned to the hotel were very much appreciated. A week after leaving the hotel I noticed I had mislaid an expensive pen and on checking with the Grand they confirmed they had it and have since arranged to send to my European address. Great service and a hotel we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

We arrived for our 4 nights suffering from severe stomach problems and apart from our daughter we were unable to enjoy any one meal during our visit, which was unfortunate as it all looked superb. However we cannot speak too highly of the management and staff who throughout our time in Siem Reap looked after us extremely well- to the extent of providing a car and escort to the International Hospital and making all the arrangements - well done Raffles at Siem Reap!

Best hotel experience I've had. Lots of little touches made the stay memorable, like soothing live music in the lobby and pineapple chunks by the pool. Also, lovely swimming pool!

My husband and I had a most enjoyable stay in this hotel. It was what we would have expected of the a good 5-star. Staff provided excellent and friendly service. Keep up the good work! Suggestion: The landscaping in the gardens, (within the Hotel grounds), especially the empty lawn next to the tennis courts can be improved upon. Enjoyed the little spice garden plot at the back. More can be done though.
