My wife and I stayed a Raffles some years ago and it was a perfect experience. This time was different, not quite so special. Bathroom and dressing room had an unpleasant smell and the general impression of the quality was not surpassing any of the many places we have stayed in over the years. Sad but true.

We found the Raffles experiance very rewarding. The hotel was 1st rate we could find no fault with antyhing at the hotel, and would recommend the hotel without hesitation to anyone. If we go back to Singapore we would now only stay at Raffles!!!!!!!

There were 3 Heads of State staying while were in the hotel, but there was no commotion at all, and the service remained impeccable. At breakfast we were treated equally to the Queen of Spain. The hotel is beautiful and the were staff flawless.
