Overall it is a good hotel, nice environment but far from shopping places.
Enjoyed our stay. The pool is lovely. The international buffet in the main restaurant was EXCELLENT. Overall very good value for money.

It was good value for money. The Exec DeLuxe Room was great at a discounted rate. Sports Complex needs overall improvements. Location was good as I was on a business trip and the office is nearby. Not sure if it would be good for tourist attractions. Hotel offered reliable (and free) transport to some shopping locations.

No proper display for directions to reach the rooms. It took about 20 minutes to reach our room.
The room (in the new block) was quite stylish, clean, spacious - overall, the hotel facilities were much better than I'd expected from other comments I'd seen online. Good food in the lobby and room service. Happy with the hotel, but while the facilties are good, the staff don't seem to be as highly trained as you'd expect.
Stayed here a few times now. Good location between the airport and the city centre. One of the best pools for similar priced airport hotels at Bangkok. Good if you need to be at the airport fairly early.
This hotel has two sections to it, make sure when you book you ask for the new section.
Rama Gardens is more expensive than another Bangkok airport hotel I've stayed in (Asia Airport Hotel), but I think it's worth every cent. I had a very clean room with a King bed, free airport shuttle service, free shuttle to other shopping destinations and a few different eating options at the hotel. You need to arrange the airport shuttle with the hotel itself. I would definitely stay here again on a stop over.
The Hotle is near the airport and very convenient. Great place for short stays. Excellent facilities.

This is a big splashy hotel, nearish the airport...we stayed in the new wing in a deluxe room...very good value for money - lots of space, facilities...huge, great bathroom! Modern. and very comfortable...the Italian restaurant had fabulous food and wine but was pricey....the staff could have been a little more friendly but as it is a huge hotel then maybe service can tend to be a little more impersonal.
Excellent place to stay, especially if you arrive late at night as it's only a few minutes from the airport. Nice rooms, good value and very good buffet breakfast. Recommended.
It is a hotel very close to the airport and a shuttle service is available if you let the hotel know your flight number and time when booking. If you have time to enjoy them the gardens and swimming pool and restaurants are very enjoyable.
Close to airport and handy to markets. Clean and tidy rooms. Happy with choice. Would stay there again.
Good location for overnight stay when transitting through Bangkok, offering free limo pickup on arrival and free shuttle back to airport on the hour next morning.
We very much enjoyed an overnight stay in Rama Gardens and was extremely impressed by this hotel which is very close to the airport. We dined in the Italian Restaurant there, the food and service excellent. We will definitely be using this hotel again.
