The hotel is not bad. Good food. Close to the airport. The room we got didn't have window, just the fake one, so didn't feel good.
Excelente en todo los servicios. para tomar los vuelos tempranos es una opción que te ayuda ahorrar en tiempo 2 horas
My friend and I stayed here on a layover from our 10 day trip to Panama and it was a perfect ending. The ONLY thing that bothered me was that they did not have my reservation on file, even though it was prepaid. They charged me the room value as a hold, and it was removed the next day when they worked out the problem. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle drove us form the airport despite the problem with my reservation (I found the shuttle fairly easily). We also left very early and did not have an issue with it, though I think they do only leave at certain times, so be sure to check. I loved the room decor - I felt like I was staying in a 5 star hotel! The room was not carpeted, which was actually nice and cooling. The bathroom was great and the tv was fine. There was no view, but the proximity to the airport made up for that. The BEST thing was the amazing dinner we had in their restaurant. The service was super friendly and good, the food was delicious, and it was not overpriced. I would come back to Mexico City just to stay at this hotel; I came to write a review just to recommend this place even though it's been over a year since our trip.
I only stayed for one night so paying over $100 for a layover sleep seemed a bit steep. But the hotel itself was perfect. The staff were 5 star. The rooms were very clean and had every ammenity to relax. FREE WiFi. That's huge for me. Thank you. Best part... there's an awesome local food cart right across the street serving up hot delicious local food.
The service was excellent starting from the hotel pick up. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Happened to be booked in to one of the large suites which I booked up last minute. The room was fantastic comprising of king size bed, lounge and huge bathroom including jacuzzi. Definitely a welcome sight after a very long flight.
Staff basically are courteous and helpful especially those worker level. They will try to help you at their aspect, However, the management team on duty are rather rigid and not handling customer request in a friendly way, they just give out order and wont show up at all. maybe they just viewing it as a job not career.
Althought not much places to visit around but a excellence place to stay a nite, the hotel is well equipped with facilities and in a good maintained condition.
Excellent hotel, only lacking a minibar and an ice machine! Great value for an airport hotel.
The room I stayed in had little or no natural light or air. Aside from that I was happy enough with the hotel overall.
