Getting there:On the A2/M2 from Canterbury, just before the (Whitfield) roundabout, turn left at the sign for Ramada. On A20/M20: into Dover, along Townwall Street, turn right at the Docks, up Jubilee Way; straight across at the next roundabout, then take the Canterbury road. At the next (Whitfield) roundabout, the A2, turn right after around 50 metres into Singledge Lane and Ramada.

The breakfast pastry basket was dreadful. We complained that the pastries were stale and they should consider changing their supplier.
Great place to stay, staff friendly & helpful. Bar and food servive excellent. Resturant a bit pricey. Location excellent. Would definately stay again
We were allocated a very large room, which was really good for us. The surprisingly hot weather showed up the lack of air-conditioning. However, a fan was provided. This was an assistance, but the room was far too hot overnight, if the fan was turned off.
Nice quiet hotel, ideal for staying the night before a ferry crossing. Only down side is that there is not enough car parking in the evening with non guests using the hotel facilities, should have guest only parking.
A plesant Hotel, I was confused at first about the room facilities, I didn't realise they were hidden away in draws however once I found them they were good.
It's nice to be received with a "Welcome back, sir!"
This hotel is ideally located for those wishing to stay the night before a cruise. The staff were very friendly but the hotel seemed to be a bit on the warm side. I was initially advised that the car parking for the whole cruise was included in the price but found out that the price only included parking for the nights you stayed in the hotel and I had to pay extra for the other nights.
Excellent location for ferry. Good restaurant and bar also coffee shop in foyer. Room with all facilities. Would recommend and use again.
