"This hotel had been recently refurbished and the rooms were large and comfortable. Connected to a very nice shopping centre (La Pialle). The hotel is a long way from the lake and we needed to use taxis to get to our required destination in Geneva. We were very pleased with the accomodation and facilities and felt that the picture presented online did not do the Hotel justice. I would definitely consider staying there again." - Dale Hellmann
"The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Carouge although not within easy walking distance. It is right next to the football stadium and a shopping centre. Bus D stops outside and it is about 15 minutes to the centre of Geneva. The shopping centre is very clean and modern with places to eat and a recreation area on the top floor with gym, 10 pin bowling etc. The rooms and decor are modern and the buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Rooms on the first floor do not have good a view; either the railway sidings or the corridors of the shopping complex. Staff were very accommodating.

"The rooms were excellent and the service good. Good buffet choices at breakfast but restaurant only open at lunchtime & bar closed at 8pm. It is next to a shopping mall with a food court for fast food & one italian restaurant which is open all evening but is not cheap especially for drinks. The hotel is a 15 minute ride bus ride from the centre of Geneva but bus times are strange and at times 45 minutes apart & then 2 in 30 minute period. You get a free pass for buses, trains & ferry but this should be standard for all Geneva hotels." - Anonymous
