Ramada Hong Kong Hotel

I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times previously and the service was good and the staff very friendly.That is why I decided to stay once again. Unfortunately, this time the price I paid was double than the previous times, the reception staff were very unfriendly, the room was not cleaned properly, the used towels were removed but no replacement was kept. When I asked for replacement towels, I was given very old torn towels which were over 3 years old. Very disappointing stay indeed!

It is a very clean hotel with a very nice location to either downtown or Metro. Also, the direct "Airport Bus" is right at the corner. Perfect location for a traveler with a limited budget!!!

Always a pleasure to stay at the Ramada in Hong Kong: large comfortable rooms; plenty of storage space; friendly staff. Getting a little old, but still good value for money

easy to take airport bus from to hotel, a lot of different food ,shop and public transport around hotel , reasonable price will stay again next visited.

over all the hotel was good, don't have to worry about publick transport just few step you will be on the train, shopping centre and local market to enjoy chiness food until late night

I stayed in a harbour view suite on the 12th floor. The room was great - decent size with seperate living area. Very good value for money! It was nice and clean and had everything I needed. The Chinese restaurant downstairs had great food. There was free internet downstairs, however always a queue so tended to buy my own token from reception (only HKD25 an hour though so not expensive).

We had a wonderful stay at the Ramada.Great room, Great service from friendly helpful staff. would highly recommend this hotel. Great location close to everything. Buses and trams right outside front door. Bus to airport $40 from across the road. courtesy van. we rate this hotel very high.

Not the most central location, but if someone know how to get around in Hong Kong then easy to reach by tram, bus or taxi within 10min from Central.

The free upgrade to HV suite is definately great. This make it very spacious. However, beware that the twin bed size is really small. Adults can't sleep comfortably in it.

1. Easy accessible ! It takes only about 5 minutes by tram, bus or hotel free shuttle bus from Mass Transit Railway Station. 2. Hotel room is roomy and clean. 3. A lot of restaurants withgood food at economic prices near the hotel.

It was a pleasant surprise, probably thanks to the free upgrade (got a spacey junior-suite for the price of a double) and to the charming harbor-view (no matter if slightly restricted). Free shuttle-bus , although within the Island only. Altogether, a lot better than its reviews.

Good to stay for holidays and sight seeing. But too far away for people come to Hong Kong for business.

The good points were that the hotel offers good value for money. There is a 7-11 downstairs which is good for necessities as there is nothing else near by. The bed was comfortable. The downsides were the outdated furnishings and the mouldy bathmat in the shower. I did not receive the free upgrade that was promised. The gym was pretty unusable, so don't book this hotel if you like to use a gym. Next time I would pay a little more to be in a more convenient location that is within walking distance of an MTR station (MTR is a 5-10 min drive and a $20 taxi ride away, or you could wait for the free hotel shuttle if you have time to kill).
