Getting there:From Glasgow and the East: Exit the M8 at Junction 28 and follow the hotel signs. From Greenock and the West: Leave the M8 at Junction 29 and follow the slip road, past the Holiday Inn on the left and straight through the first roundabout. Turn left at the second roundabout and you will pass the hotel on your right. Turn back on yourself at the third roundabout and the hotel entrance is first left.

The room was fine although there was no coffee pot to which we are accustom. We asked for a wake-up call which never happened. The bar/restaurant was very poorly staffed. The bartender splashed coke all over my wife's back and never even apologized. The shuttle to the airport, for which we paid, was 15 minutes late. We expected more from a Ramada than that.
I had some difficulties with a broken TV/internet cable and couldn't figure out how to close the window. The front desk had someone up to my room toa sssit withinin 5 minutes both times. The room service food quality and selection were outstanding. I would recommend this place for the room service food alone!
Handy to the airport for early or late flights, with a shuttle at cost. Was a bit difficult to find as Tom did not register the address.
Great hotel lovely reception staff and breakfast staff. Staff at dinner terrible. Have stayed before and will stay again.

Very helpful Staff, Very clean. There is also a free shuttle bus from the airport or it's a 10 minue walk. Would definetly stay again.

Nice decor and very comfortable
Restaurant was quite expensive but given the close proximity to the airport, there was not a lot of choice unless you went into the city itself. Standard of food served and quality of service in the restaurant was very good. Courtesy bus service to/from the airport was very efficient.
The only complaint that I have is that along with 6 other people plus a toddler in a wheelchair, we waited for about an hour for the coach to collect us from the Airport. The Hotel had been informed by us all that we were waiting to be picked up.
Comming from a Service Industry and in particular the Restaurant side of business, i thought the menu was lacking in progress and style and that the service standards were in particular very poor, attention needs to be paid in training of service staff, and perhaps a new menu looked upon.
Good position and comfortable room. Much easier for an early flight than having to get out to the airport from central Glasgow in heavy morning traffic. Breakfast not the best.
Pickup from airport and return was very prompt and good. Bathroom and shower was of a very good standard. On the downside, we asked for a non-smoking room but someone had recently been smoking in it....ugghhh!
Very nice, reasonably priced hotel close to the airport with a free shuttle bus, I would recommend it to anyone.
Hotel seemed to be very busy with no porters to help with baggage. The pizzeria was the highlight of our stay.
This is a good hotel for the business traveller or tourist. You are central to Glasgow ( 14 klms ) Glasgow airport ( 200yds )and Lochlomond 30 minutes away

nA vey nice simple hotel that delivered service with a smile. The location from the terminal was excellent and they provided a courtesy bus to and from the terminal, hotel parking was cheaper than long term parking at the airport. I would definately use and intend to use this hotel again in the near future
Incredibly close to airport with courtesy shuttle bus to and from hotel on request. The mirrored shutter idea on the window meant most outside noise was kept to minimum - a real problem normally in most airport hotels. The hotel seemed to be popular with business travellers. Meals were served in the restaurant until 10.30pm - which was great as arrived late. Decor of room was nice and bathroom had good shower - but no bath.
