Ramada Hotel Heathrow

"The room allocated to us was the furthest away from the reception area - we had to carry our luggage down two flights of steps and up one. We thought in fact that we had been wrongly directed as the corridors and stairs that we used were so mucky. We would never stay there again." - Robert Rayner
