Getting there:All South: From the A11 south dual carriageway continue straight along the A11 until you reach a roundabout. Take the left exit and continue on the outer ring road following signs for Cromer. Continue straight over 2 roundabouts. As you approach Asda continue straight over the junction. Take the first right opposite Asda service station to the Ramada Jarvis Hotel.

the hotel was very nice and most of the staff weredidnt seem to have a clue about what food was available or what was supposed to helpful in ther estaurant though, the staff be served on the plate. we had to send one of our mains back twice because it was missing potatoes or came with the wrong veg. apart from the restaurant though, the spa area was very nice and relaxing and was in excellent condition. the maids were very helpful and couldnt seem to do enough for us if we needed anything
We booked an executive room which seemed a little small, but was adequate for our purpose, as we were at a wedding in a nearby village that day, and simply needed somewhere to change and sleep.. The staff were polite and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and staff were attentive.
I upgraded to an executive room which was well worth it in terms of size, decor and facilities. Other than my room, the hotel appeared a little dull and dated from both the interior and exterior. A good sauna, steam room and average sized pool, unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working. The hotel needed refurbishment and sadly nobody told me that it was occuring through a locked set of fire doors next to my room! Overall an enjoyable stay!
The leisure facilities were excellent with pool, sauna, gym and steam room. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The showers in the bathrooms were the best power showers we have ever used. Breakfast is an all you can eat buffet style. The location is ideal for both city centre and the airport, 2.5 miles from each with a major supermarket over the road.
