"We stayed 3 nights. We arrived about 2 hours before check in time.. we had been travelling for 24 hours and the hotel found a room we could occupy straight away. The hotel is within walking distance of many affordable restaurants featuring local cuisine. Close to the city on a good rail link." - Anonymous
"Half way between Osaka station & Shin Osaka station. The hotel has direct access to the subway which also connects these two stations but this subway (like all subways) are not included in the JR Pass so there is a cost of about 200 yen. Great for those looking to be close to the transport system but none of Osaka sights are close to the hotel. " - James McKenzie
"The hotel is very good, with a reasonable location two subway lines from the Shin Osaka station, which in my case was a big plus. The price of the breakfast remains the main negative point - but the Family Mart on the corner provides a solution to this one. " - Anonymous
"Expensive Hotel as much of Japan. The location was perfect next to subway. Room was comfortable but I had to change room once on the Non Smoking floor as I could smell smoke." - Anonymous
