"The location was excellent, room service was good, tea and coffee facilities, attention was not paid to replacing what was used in particular decaffinated coffee and creamer. We experienced a difficulty with the swipe card for the door some members of staff were better than others in their response, we are familiar with this system therefore it was not something new to us. Breakfast on our departure was cold we assumed this was because of the low number of guests on the Monday morning. Overall these comments are what we experienced and not a complaint." - Anonymous
