Getting there:FROM AIRPORT... Follow Grant McConachie Way across Arthur Laing bridge. Take the Marine Drive 'east' exit. Follow Marine Drive until Boundary Rd. Turn left onto Boundary Rd. and follow until Kingsway. Turn left onto Kingsway, the Hotel is three blocks down on the South side of the street.

Hotel room was clean was spacious but the corridors were very knocked about and needed upgrading. Not worth the money considering no breakfast / location etc.
The hotel is looking a bit tatty in places and really needs a refurbishment. Our room was OK, it was clean and adequate for our needs. The location is some 15 mins walk to the nearest Skytrain station and then some 30 mins to central Vancouver.
We are smoke-free property. Our Newly Renovated Standard Guest Rooms feature in room coffee/tea maker, air-conditioning, mini-fridge, hairdryer, iron/board, tub/shower combination with Ginger Citrus Spa Inspired shower, Granite counter tops, wireless internet and TV.
Our beautiful 1 bedroom suites feature 1 Queen Bed, and a separate Living area with a pull out sofa bed, kitchenette with microwave and mini-fridge, shower/tub combination with Ginger Citrus Spa Inspired massaging shower, coffee maker, iron/board, hairdryer, 2 T.V.s, work desk and wireless internet access.
2 Queen beds separated with connecting door for added privacy. Suite features a kitchenette with microwave and mini-fridge, self-controlled air-conditioning, coffee/tea maker, iron/board, hairdryer, 2 TVs, shower/tub combination with Ginger Citrus Spa Inspired massaging shower and Wireless internet access. Non-smoking only.
There were a number of hiccups with the room. The remote was partly broken (still usuable though), the door to the room was difficult to shut and to open (minor annoyance only) but the real issue is that water ran into the toilet constantly and every few minutes water can be heard running through the pipes (a toilet flushing elsewhere in the building?)- reasonably loadly. This was overcome by simply closing the door to the bathroom.
Very good and clean. Good price and location. Good service and large rooms. Will stay again.

Over all provided service is good. I had a good time while staying at this Hotel, very convenicent location. Only one thing that disappointed me was the front desk person. The person I spoke to when checking in on 06/22/07 was very nice and helpful. I request to leave my luggage a few hours after check out if possible on the next day. He was happy to tell me "no problem" Just let the front desk staff know tomorrow. The next morning, I was refused with an unpleasant attitude by another staff that he does not have room for me to leave the luggages after checking out. Not even a few hours!
Room is large and spacious. There are complimentary Wireless Internet access and free local calls. Staff is quite friendly and helpful.
Was quite pleased, and may stay there again.
