"Over all provided service is good. I had a good time while staying at this Hotel, very convenicent location. Only one thing that disappointed me was the front desk person. The person I spoke to when checking in on 06/22/07 was very nice and helpful. I request to leave my luggage a few hours after check out if possible on the next day. He was happy to tell me "no problem" Just let the front desk staff know tomorrow. The next morning, I was refused with an unpleasant attitude by another staff that he does not have room for me to leave the luggages after checking out. Not even a few hours!" - Anonymous
