Hotel FIVE

I aboslutely love staying at hotel 5! The staff are always friendly, the location suits me great - its a little out of the way from the hustle of seattle but still within walking distance of everything. The rooms are really spacious too.

Everytime i stay in seattle i usually stay at hotel 5. the staff there are incredible nice and welcoming and on the occassion i decide to an extra nigh that is unplanned, the staff are very accomodating to ensure i can stay at a really great price

Hotel was great, great location, clean, the staff was nice. The only downfall was 12+ dollars a day for parking.

The exterior of the hotel is a little rough but it is nice on the inside. The room was small simple and clean which is exactly what I like but others may not. The immediately surrounding area was not terribly active, but roughly three blocks to the south or west put you in the middle of the action. It was a good experience for a single traveler. The rate was a tad bit pricy but it is downtown so that should be expected.

Loved the artsy decor, great service and staff, short walk to space needle, no need for a car, light rail is short distance (to and from airport - one way is $2.75 - total bargain). Seattle is amazing, great energy! The restaurant in the hotel has the best breakfast in all of Seattle with ginormous proportions! Two thumbs way up!!!!

Stayed for 3 nights. Neat place in not a bad location- super convenient to light rail, Space Needle, City Center, etc. Accommodations were very clean and not bad to look at. They were in the midst of remodeling from the standard Ramada look to something approaching their interpretation of an art/boutique hotel. They're doing a good job. We managed to walk everywhere (pioneer square to capitol hill) and the price was great. Might stay some place a little closer to Northern Seattle if you're not into the touristy stuff and want just the awesome urban experience but, yeah, I 'd stay here again.

A few problems but overall good; Had to move rooms because had trouble getting them to fix the AC.

I asked for a room away from the MonoRail, based on another [...]Customer's suggestion. My room was quiet, immacuately clean. The lobby and the room were decorated with color, style, everything was new and fresh! Friendly, helpful staff! Would have been nice to have room service evenings, but the restaurant is only open until 1:30... Other than that, everthing was great! Short walk to Pike Place Market, and plenty of other Seattle favorites! I will defnately return!

This was my first time in Seattle. At first, I wasn't sure about Hotel5 from the outside, but once inside, I was impressed with the decor. Staff very friendly, which is a big plus. They will help you with anything you need. Walking distance to everything. Thank you for the stay. Very cheek and cool.

Great spot for those willing to walk a mile OR LESS - to shopping, dining, attractions. Short drive to seattle center or downtown stores etc. But downtown parking can be expensive. Relatively quiet city neighborhood, Parking on site a BIG plus for us. Friendly helpful staff.

Very clean, a tad pricey, but your paying for location, close to many things....5 minute walk from needle, train station, 10 minutes from shore and fish market

the hotel had an artsy feel to it. Clean and maintained (rather new)

This hotel is nicely located for walking to lots of places but in the midst of remodel. The 3rd floor rooms where we stayed were clean but funky where the 4th floor where our friends were staying were very different and much nicer. I would return once the remodel is complete. Breakfast in the cafe was nicely done.

This hotel is in a good location to explore downtown Seattle. The staff members were friendly and helpful. But it is in the process of being remodeled so there was painting and installing going on. We were in a redone room. It was bright and very clean. The hardwood floors are pretty but noisy from high heels above. The beds were very comfortable with wonderful linens. I would have liked towel bars to hang up the wet towel. It will be a rather nice hotel when it is finished.

I attended the ASNR 49th annual meeting. The stay is enjoyable. The hotal workers are kind and good at customers.

The hotel is in a great location, especially for the price. Parking is expensive, expect o pay $12 a night for a spot, but considering it is seattle, parking is expensive everywhere you go. The service is amazing and the desk people are always friendly. The only really negative is there is no night room service, the cafe in the hotel closes in the afternoon.

Bit noisy with monorail running beside hotel.

I would advise replacing the carpet in the rooms, they appear very dirty. Otherwise good value for money.
