para estar en el centro de la cuidad es muy buen hotel, eso si no esperen la habitacion grande, es pequena, pero esta en el corazon de los bares y tiendas buena ubicacion.

Hotel is southern end of downtown in Granville street. Granville street in this end of town is seedy. Walked the streets without trouble day and night

The location was great - a couple of blocks from downtown. We bought a 2 day Hop On Hop Off bus pass and the stop was just opposite the hotel. We bought the American Breakfast package for $US7 which provided the most enormous breakfast to start the day. Internet was free with a printer so you could check in for your flights and print a boarding pass. The staff were very helpful.

Good location for Granville Island and Yaletown. Not far to walk downtown. A bit limited in the eating close to hotel but good bar next door with food. Noise from disco downstairs very loud until 2am, but at least it's not every night. Baggage storage for a late flight departure great. Hotel a bit old and in need of update. Art Deco style not a good look if not done well. Would stay again.

Ginger night club is located on the ground floor so the whole building is vibrating from the heavy bass until 2 am.

Easy walking distance from the new Canada Line train that links to the airport. Also to Granville Village - just walk over the bridge or take a short boat ride (especially if you suffer from vertigo - the bridge is very very high - and long).

Our room was quite small but was comfortable and the bed was good. Very nice bathroom. Good location around the corner from Davie Street (gay district) and very close to transport. Good breakfast spot across the road at 2 Parrots. Staff tried to be helpful but didn't appear very knowledgeable about how to get places. The 'Airporter' bus picks up and drops off right outside the hotel. Overall a good choice.

We were happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

On the whole I was happy with the Hotel. However there was no provision for a courtesy room to freshen up after a long haul flight until your room was ready. The response to a request for a room to have a quick shower at 10 am after my 17 hour flight arrived was sorry you will have to wait until 2pm when your room is ready.

It's a hotel room! Clean and tidy as one would expect. The services one might expect at a hotel of this price (room service etc.) are not available but you can order just about anything in easily enough. It is located at the Granville Island end of Granville Street. One has to walk through some of the seedier end of Vancouver to get there, but neither myself nor my companion were the subject of unwanted attention. Good for a buisness trip or for younger travellers. I'm not sure I would take my young children if I were to return to Vancouver.

Friendly service. Normal check out time is 11 am. Due to the fact that I had a long flight ahead of me to Australia they allowed me to check out at 3 pm at no extral cost. I very much appreciated that.

Enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff were great and very helpful and hotel was in a great area close to everything.

Lovely quiet room in newly renovated hotel. 5 to 10 min walk to downtown. Quiet air conditioning unit! Reception staff friendly and efficient. Great to have airport bus at door. Good value.

Hotel offers FREE Wireless broadband internet, so bring your laptop or notebook PC if you have one! They also have 1 free internet computer in the lobby. Great location close to Downtown and Davie Street Village. Not far from trendy Yaletown and ferry's also.

Great, very friendly staff, were pleasantly surprised. Free wireless Internet was an additional nice surprise. Can't say anything bad about this hotel.

We were very comfortable at this hotel and would be happy to visit again should we have occasion to re-visit Toronto. The hotel is very central, with buses to main shopping area and connections to other areas within steps of the front door, and plenty of eateries to suit all tastes and budgets within minutes from the hotel.
