"I faced a lot of trouble while staying at this hotel, especially in terms of cleaniness and facilties available. The service is also very poor. In addition, the reception refused to accept the printed voucher that clearly indicated "Free Breakfast" as part of the package and insisted that I have to pay for it. I was really disappointed with that incident. However, I refused to pay for something which was part of the package. Moreover, my friends were automatically charged for breakfast service they haven't consumed. The hotel later rectified the latter incident only." - Tohami Abdul Mutalib
