Getting there:The Vancouver International Airport is located 15 km (9 miles) from the the hotel. Normal taxi rate is $35.00. Black/Checker Taxis offer our guests a flat rate of $28.00 between the hotel and the airport. When leaving the airport, take the Vancouver exit onto the Arthur Laing Bridge. Stay in the left hand lane which will lead to Marine Drive. Follow Marine Drive east until you reach Cambie Street, turn left (north) onto Cambie Street until you reach the downtown core. Prior to reaching the downtown core, you will be going over the Cambie Street Bridge. Once over the bridge, you will turn right on Homer Street. Follow Homer Street until you reach Pender Street. Turn left at the light, and you will see the Ramada sign on the right hand side in the first block.
Check-in Procedure:For Valet Parking (a daily fee of $25.00 applies, subject to change without notice) with full in & out privileges, simply park right in front of the hotel. Take the keys and hand them to the Valet, who will take care of your car, and your luggage. Please remove all valuable from sight within your car.

Perfect place for a manual wheelchair accessible stay and travel. Good location,good public transportation nearby.Few blocks from Waterfront station which can take you to airport and city suburbs.Bus stop infront of the Ramada hotel.Perfect sidewalks with curb cuts.Room rate is a bit high but clean with good breakfast and good location.Many streets are like a ramp or elevated.
I chose this hotel because of the price point. I was satisfied with the overall location and cleanliness of the hotel. It was easy enough to find once off of the Canada line and the staff was friendly. Would stay there again. Yagger's next door is a good place to have a drink and good food.

Although the hotel is on the edge of an older, more seedy part of town, safety does not seem to be an issue and the hotel is in a great location for visiting tourists.

Excellent location for a boutique hotel close to the waterfront as well as 1 block from the best shopping mall, Pacific Center. The breakfast room is very simple, could do with a little brightening up but the complimentary continental breakfast is generous and varied with fresh fruits, pancakes and round omelletes. We requested a high floor and had good views of the harbour and the room was quite big if you have a 2 double bed, otherwise the room can be "cosy". But the free internet is an added bonus and all baths have jacuzzi though you have to run it at least 2-3 times first to clear the system. The service was prompt, polite and cheerful. We got a good internet price with 20% off for 3 days.

The hotel is located at the edge of the unsavoury part of Vancouver but it is close to Gastown and the CBD. Hotel hallways, room and bathroom were very smelly. Not sure if it was the carpets or the level of cleanliness.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Location very good for cruise ship terminal and Gastown. Easy access to Skytrain. We would stay again.
Clean.Reasonably priced. Location is right down town, walking distance to GM Place, Convention Center, BC Place, Tinseltown, Vancouver Community College (downtown campus). Staff friendly and eager to help. breakfast a plus. Rooms are updated but still have that look of original. I believe this hotel is close to 100 yrs! Amazing!

Location was brilliant and staff was very helpful and nice. The dinning room could've been bigger and should've been air conditioned. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay there.
Found the service by all staff including housekeeping very friendly and professional. Great for Business downtown access. A few down and outers around at night. Excellent French restaurant Cassis directly opposite.
The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small but was very clean. The hotel is very centrally located - good for sightseeing and shopping.

Everyone we encountered at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will make it my first choice for any future trips to Vancouver. Thank you!
