"the location of the hotel was superb for the venue we were in manchester for, it was also ideal for the motorway link back to Birmingham." - Anonymous
"Very noisy, windows not double glazed and noisy in the hotel." - elizabeth blood
"I had booked a twin room, the room was small and the bathroom smaller. Lifts were a nightmare in the morning when going to check out." - Anonymous
"room offered was scandalous - brown ring below waterline in toilet, sink with numerous cracks, tv not working. hotel said due to major refurb. not good enough, shouldn't have lapsed to that state - must have been millilons of bacteria in cracks.
said i would have to pay for upgrade to move to refurb room! i said not willing to pay. moved to another unrefurb room with clean toilet, working tv but still numerous cracks in sink - disgusting.
told them i was not satisfied but to no avail. they should have upgraded me with no charge - it was no fault of mine. only saving grace for them was the restaurant and security staff - absolutely first class attitudes." - Anonymous
