Ramada Marco Polo Miami Beach Resort

Charged $10/day resort fee that i didn't know about. Included cable TV, internet, etc... Only parking was $18/day valet service. A/C thermostat didn't work right, had to ask to unclog tub drain, tv remote didn't work,. Normally not picky, but expected more for what i paid. Good beach location.

One side, nice location and opportunity to cook in the room. Another side food from neighbors was smelly sometimes. Be aware it. Generally, hotel is very worn, and receptionists doesn't respond to request (in my case it was broken lamp).

The hotel was very clean and well kept, kitchen in room is clean and worked and looked great, the staff was attentive. It right on beach, the pool was clean. All the beaches are public so on wknds it was busy during the week very quiet. Area around hotel is very quiet no night life. Great for families. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because it is average no over the top or fancy stuff. I would definietly go back. Buses run in front of hotel to S. Beach.

simple relaxing vacation,sea was beautifully warm and the resort occupied with families,kids,mostly spanish speaking ,but friendly.We enjoyed our stay,breakfast ok,room ok,we were satisfied and will return .

After booking my trip I read all the reviews about this hotel so I wasn't expecting anything nice, but when I got there the hotel was totally different of what I read in the reviews. the hotel has a nice lobby and it's really clean, all the staff is really friendly and the view of the rooms are great. I got a room facing collins ave and it was espectacular. This is not a all inclusive resort so I was expecting high prices for the food in the restaurants but it's really affordable. The hotel has a little restaurant next to the pool and they offer happy hour for 4 to 6. They do have everything inside so you don't have to leave. The beach in Sunny Isles is beautiful the water is so clear and if you like uncrowded beach this is the best option. You pay 10 dollar resort fee and that includes breakfast buffet which have a lot of items. I think that for the price this hotel is stunning.

I realize that this is not a 5 star hotel, but it could have been better in the light of keeping children from running by the pools and going crazy, otherwise it was a great location/and clean.

My main concern is about the lack of quality consistency of the rooms. In a nut shell, you may get a very good room: decoration, equipment, furniture, etc or the next time you get a lower quality one, all at the same price. Don't acept lower quality rooms there are much better. Having said that the rest is quite good. We enjoied our stay very much.

The above excellent ratings are awarded for the room we actually stayed in. The first room we were given would have rated "bad" for cleanliness. We went back to reception and said we were leaving and were immediately given a much better room. So full marks for the room as well as the service.

We were pleasantly suprised at the service and cleanliness of this hotel and would certainly stay there again.

a bit run down

for price paid hotel was OK, rooms were OK, however the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom should be redone, there were parts of this coming off. Location was good, nice pool and close to the beach
