Ramada Pudong Airport Hotel Shanghai

A perfect transit stop if you have to catch an early flight or arrive late. Check-in and out is quick and easy. The Chinese reataurant on the balcony is excellent. The Western restaurant has a limited but OK menu, the evening buffet is good. Lounge area with live music good. The whole hotel now has free internet which is very useful. Shuttle bus to and from the terminals frequent and quick. Give the Sauna zone a wide berth, it's horrible (Not a hotel run enterprise). Like all Chinese hotels there is a service charge on meals, the price you see is not what you end up paying!

If you need to catch an early flight next day, this is the hotel for you. The rooms are big and spacious!

A perfectly accceptable airport hotel. All the staff I came in contact with spoke passable English. Exceelent Airport (& Maglev) shuttle service. Room service and bar prices reasonable. High charges for in room internet, whichshould be free inthis day and age. Would benefit from a bar with some atmosphere. Overall the best option if overnighting Pudong

carpets in the room were dirty and full of stains. room-service was slow (1 hour) and the first 2 choices was out of stock. service attitude was average but location was great to get to the airport with a shuttle running every 15 min.

I got value for money

Quiet and very convenient for the airport and access to high speed train and metro into Shanghai. Courtesy bus to airport very helpful, but fills up quickly at peak hours.

Very quiet and comfortable, and very convenient to the Airport, including provision of a free shuttle-bus for guests. The food is expensive, and the room would be improved with provision of a small fridge. It would be helpful if the hotel provided some tourist information apart from that relating to the Shanghai Expo.

So convenient to stay there if you have an early flight or late arrival. So nice for an airporthotel.

I was given a room with an interconnecting door which allowed light through and was also not noise proof! My breakfast eggs were not cooked thoroughly and inedible, I was still charged for cold toast, awful coffee and fake orange juice! Otherwise good location, take the shuttle bus from lower level at airport.

Unassuming hotel, with standard facilities, but you can't beat the location so will stay here again if need be.

Pricey, but very nice. Very clean and quiet. Close to the airport. Pretty good room service too.

The air conditioning could have worked a lot better, but everything else was good.

fantastic welcome awaited us upon our arrival, even though we had lost our reference number! Reception staff were very efficient + friendly. Our room had a balcony. The room was spacious + beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delightful fantastic range of food. the coffee mugs were a novel idea. The shop had a great range of goodies. The only thing we didn't like was the entertainment. so all in all a very pleasant stay.

Location is very convenient after a long intercontinental flight. Location not so good for activities downtown Shanghai.

Great value. Even a complimentary breakfast included.
