"I had a premier room which was smaller than I expected but clean and comfortable. Excellent room service, food was delicious and very good value. Very quiet at night so a good night's sleep. Only complaint was the bathroom door which was warped, difficult to open and close without making a lot of noise! "Don't bother with late night room service - we wanted to order 3 things off the menu, and they didn't do any of them at that time of night...fair enough, it was about 2:30am, but if they can't supply the food at any time, they shouldn't advertise the room service as 24-hour! Overall we enjoyed our stay though, the room was clean and bright and hotel staff were helpful (apart from the room service!)." - Claire Sharp

Hotel description:    The Ramada Tamworth is a beautifully designed complex, set amid rural countryside, just off Junction 11 of the M42. The Hotel is central to the NEC, Birmingham International Airport and Nottingham East Midlands Airport, all within an 18 mile radius. The hotel is an ideal basis for business and leisure guests.

Wifi internet access is available throughout the whole hotel.

Each of the 95 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, colour TV with in-house movie channel, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and a safe. Our 20 Premier Rooms include walk in Japanese style shower and a separate work desk. Disabled rooms are available on request and Interconnecting rooms are available at this family friendly hotel.

Places of interest nearby are: Twycross Zoo, Tamworth Snowdome, Drayton Manor Theme Park & Thomasland, Conkers, The National Memorial Arboretum and Bosworth Battlefield. The hotel offers welcome packs to children under the age of 12, and children’s menus are available.
